Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions: Clients, Personalities, Users, Businesses or Services, Beneficiary Consumers, Content, Event.
2. Application: Mobile software (Android/iOS) that offers event listings, ticket/product reservations, and sound publishing.
3. Publications: Content is for users located in Norway only.
4. Events: THE COMPANY is not liable for event execution, products, services, or attendee behavior.
5. Personalities: THE COMPANY disclaims liability for influencer actions inside or outside the app.
6. Businesses or Services: Not responsible for their events, products, or services.
7. Users: Must be 18+. Responsible for their own and third-party info. Consent is required.
8. Permitted Conduct: Users must respect laws, morality, and app rules. Unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.
9. Reservations: App issues vouchers. It is not responsible for service execution.
10. Authorization to Collect Info: Users allow storage of personal and location data under Privacy Policy terms.
11. License to Use Published Info: Free, irrevocable license for THE COMPANY to publish/modify media.
12. Intellectual Property: Users guarantee rights or licenses to upload content. THE COMPANY has non-exclusive license to use it.
13. Device Usage: THE COMPANY may use device resources to ensure app function.
14. Prohibited Publications: No content related to firearms, drugs, sex, unauthorized alcohol, etc.
15. Client Responsibility: Solely liable for legal compliance and must report irregularities.
16. App Changes: May occur without notice. Users must download updates to continue using it.
17. Cost: Currently free, but paid services may be added with notice.
18. Termination: Services may be ended at any time without notice.
19. Modifications: Terms can be updated anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
20. Unsubscribing: Users can unsubscribe anytime per Privacy Policy.
21. Data Deletion: Users can request deletion. App retains info until unsubscribed or terminated.
22. IP Claims: Report IP violations to info@festiva.no.
23. Liability Limitation: THE COMPANY is not responsible for indirect damages or third-party content.

Privacy Policy

1. Consent: Using the app implies acceptance of the privacy terms.

3. Auto Info: GPS/IP location collected if permission is granted.
4. User Info: Name, contact, birthdate, and info for beneficiaries.
5. Profile Info: Name, email, birthdate, password, optional photo.
6. Reservation Info: ID number required to prevent fraud. Info about third-party beneficiaries included.
7. Beneficiary Info: Consent required. Name, email, phone.
8. Usage: Info used to provide app services.
9. Security: Strong commitment to privacy and data protection.
10. Third Parties: May share data to fulfill reservations. Not liable for user third-party disclosures.
11. User Rights: GDPR rights honored within 1–3 months for complex cases.
12. Data Retention: Stored only as long as necessary. Some general stats kept for optimization.
13. Deletion: Uninstalling the app doesn't delete data. Request required. Data deleted within 1 month.
14. Modifications: Policy may change without notice; users will be informed.

16. Unsubscribing: Users may unsubscribe. Data kept for 30 days before permanent deletion.
